If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please send us an email. Kindly expect a response from us within 48 hours. Kindly include photos, if applicable, so we may review your issue properly.
If the quality of a product is highly unacceptable and we are at fault, we accept returns in the form of store credits. Please ensure to report all issues within 7 days of placing your order.
Particularly for Hay Products, please understand that is impossible to have "perfect" quality hay. We do personally check the quality of our products, but because of the nature of the product, there will be some variances beyond our control. This holds true for other hay suppliers in the market as we are dealing with agricultural products. But rest assured, we aim to give you and your rabbits the best quality possible.
