SUBSCRIPTION FAQS

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE?

  1. Select the product you want to subscribe to.
  2. Select Subscribe & Save, and then select your preferred subscription frequency (every other week, monthly or quarterly)
  3. Click “Subscribe Now” to check out your cart.
  4. If you need to add more items, simply go back to the previous page. If you’re ready to continue with your subscription, kindly check your order details to make sure everything is final.
  5. Input your Customer Details and Shipping Details. Select your Shipping Method. Click “Continue” to proceed.
  6. Double check your details. Select your chosen payment method for the subscription.
  7. Select “Make Payment” and follow the payment instructions to place your order.
  8. Wait for the confirmation e-mail.* Please check your SPAM folder just in case!

*Confirmation e-mail includes your Subscription Details, Payment Details and Schedule, as well as instructions on how to cancel and edit your subscription.

Subscribing means you agree to automatically get these essentials at your chosen frequency until you opt to cancel the subscription.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

You may pay via Visa, Mastercard, PayMaya, Online Bank Transfer (RCBC, JCB, UB, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), GCash, and GrabPay.

Credit Card and PayMaya wallet payments will automatically be credited. For other options, you will be receiving an e-mail reminder on how to manually process the payment when due.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription on or before the confirmation of your next scheduled subscription. Link to unsubscribe will be sent along the confirmation e-mail.

CAN I CHOOSE TO SKIP THE NEXT INCOMING SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you may skip the incoming subscription on or before the confirmation of your next scheduled subscription. Link to skip the subscription will be sent along the confirmation e-mail.

However, if you skip 2 subscription schedules, Rabbito Mart has the right to forfeit your subscription. We will contact you to confirm the cancellation of the order.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE CERTAIN PRODUCTS FROM MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you may add or remove certain products on or before the confirmation of your next scheduled subscription. This can be accessed through the confirmation e-mail that you receive.

CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes, you may change your payment method on or before the confirmation of your next scheduled subscription. Link to edit your payment method will be sent along the confirmation e-mail.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours (business hours) after payment has been confirmed. We will contact you via SMS and e-mail once your order has been processed. Please keep your lines open!

For Metro Manila orders, your order will be shipped via Lalamove. You will receive an SMS message from us regarding the delivery schedule. Please keep your lines open!

For Provincial orders, your order will be shipped via Ninja Van. Delivery lead time for Provincial orders is 3 to 7 business days.
